Jim McGrath Memorial Scholarship
The Jim McGrath Memorial Scholarship honors the legacy of a beloved educator, coach, and mentor who dedicated nearly four decades to Ralston High School. From 1968 until his retirement in 2005, Jim McGrath shaped the lives of countless students as a teacher, head wrestling coach, and football coach. Beyond the classroom and the field, he fostered adventure and camaraderie as the head sponsor of the RHS Ski Club, guiding students through the slopes of Colorado. Even after retirement, Jim remained deeply involved in the Ralston community, serving on the Booster Club board and continuing to inspire students as a substitute teacher. His impact lives on through the many stories shared by former students, athletes, and colleagues—stories filled with laughter, wisdom, and the profound influence of a dedicated educator.
