Dr. Virginia Grogan Memorial Art Endowment Scholarship
|
The Dr. Virginia Grogan Memorial Art Endowment Scholarship supports outstanding art students at Ralston High School (RHS). This scholarship was established on behalf of the estate of Dr. Virginia C. Grogan, PhD. Dr. Grogan was a beloved, long-time art teacher and Fine Arts Department Head. She served the district from 1977 to 2013, followed by four years as a dedicated substitute. Above all, she loved watching students grow in their skills and appreciation for the fine arts.
