Welcome to the Ralston High Booster Club
Thank you to the Ralston Schools Foundation for providing us with the web space for our site!
Ralston High School Booster Club - 2012-2013
The Ralston High School Booster Club's purpose is to promote school spirit, inspire support of Ralston High School (RHS) activities & athletic events, and aid the RHS Activity Department by supporting all activities.
Booster Club meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of every month August through May (except December) @ 7 P.M. in the Alumni Room at RHS. Please attend to support your high school and student athletics!
Note: Due to Spring Break the week of March 11 through March 15, the March Booster Club meeting will be held March 20th.
Membership is open to all persons that support RHS athletics and activities. All parents with students involved in activities will benefit by joining RHS Booster Club to support their student's activity. The Ralston High School Booster Club's primary goal is to promote school spirit and pride, encourage family involvement and support RHS athletics. The Booster Club supports many school activities including Post Prom, Matching Grants, school dances, coaches, teacher appreciation events, and many sports activities and capital projects. All membership money is used to support school and sports activities.
We encourage and welcome your talents, time and ideas. Many hands make a large task small. Your involvement in Booster club makes a great resource of networking with other parents and RHS staff.
List of causes Ralston Booster Club has supported in the last few years:
- 5 scholarships given each school year to athlete or other school activity members.
- Sponsorship of HUDL, a web-based film editing program for athletic game films.
- Helped the high school purchase 2 gators.
- Donated money to help purchase district school buses.
- Established and maintains the Wall of Fame and record boards at RHS
- Supplied meal money for state athletic qualifiers
- Purchased ice machine for locker room
- Paid for state banner and sportsmanship banners hanging in the gym
- Sponsor teacher appreciation luncheon
- Help purchase band equipment accessories
- Sponsored athletes at all star games
- Purchased cameras for filming of athletic games
- Donation to post prom
- Hosts fundraisers such at the RAM RIGATONI and POKER RUN
