Ralston High School Booster Club - 2009-2010
The Ralston High School Booster Club's purpose is to promote school spirit, inspire support of Ralston High School (RHS) activities & athletic events, and aid the RHS Activity Department by supporting all activities.
It is recommended that all parents with students involved in activities join RHS Booster Club in support of their student's activity. The Ralston High School Booster Club's primary goal is to promote school spirit and pride, encourage family involvement and support RHS athletics. Membership is open to all persons that support RHS athletics and activities. The Booster Club supports many school activities annually, including Post Prom, Matching Grants, school dances, coaches, sponsors teacher appreciation events, and actively supports capital projects. The Booster Club pledged $25,000 toward the stadium field project in 2005, donated $4,200 for the Wall of Fame, and nearly $25,000 in grants over the last dozen years.
There are three levels of support. The "White" level reflects a $20.00 membership. The "Red" level reflects a $50.00 membership and the "Blue" level reflects a $100.00 membership. All members are listed according to level of membership in the athletic/event program inserts at each home game or event. If you choose, you may move up a level in sponsorship at anytime during the school year. Contact the Athletic Office to make the changes.
When you have chosen to become a member of RHS Booster Club, you are then eligible to purchase an Activity Event Pass ($40.00 per person) which is your admission to all home athletic events. (Please note: District & State events held at RHS are excluded.)
Booster Club meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of every month August through May (except December) @ 7 P.M. in the Alumni Room at RHS. All members are encouraged to attend.
Activity Reps are needed for each level of sports and organizations. If your son/daughter is participating in an activity, please help support them by volunteering to be the Activity Rep for that group. Other areas where volunteers are greatly needed include: Fall Craft Boutique, Athletic Awards night, Ram Ribeye, fundraising, and concessions.
We encourage and welcome your talents, time and ideas. Many hands make a large task small. Your involvement in Booster club makes a great resource of networking with other parents and RHS staff.
Updates will be posted soon, so please check back. In the meantime, if you have questions, please contact Deb Gerch via email.
Thank You!
