About Us
:: The Foundation
The Ralston Schools Foundation (RSF) is
a non-profit, tax-exempt organization founded in 1983 to
provide financial and other support to the Ralston Public
Schools. RSF serves as a provider of classroom grants, scholarships,
and support for special projects within the school district.
Lil' Rams is a primary part of the operation
of the Foundation. It provides affordable before- and after-school care for children within Ralston Public Schools. It
also maintains a summer program.
The Foundation also serves as umbrella for the Ralston Alumni
Association providing record keeping and communications services
for the Association.
The Foundation is guided by a Board of Directors, which
meets monthly. Each year RSF awards thousands of dollars
in grants
to teachers, scholarships to students and faculty, and
recognizes excellence in teaching and service to the schools.
Foundation staff members also assist in organization and fundraising for various programs that directly benefit students.
